"I had a frustrating experience with llia while calling on behalf of my grandmother, who had already spoken with her earlier.

When I joined the call, she asked me who was she speaking with and what my name was. I explained I was her granddaughter helping her. After I asked why my name was needed, I did not receive a clear explanation but instead she continued to insist she needed my name, which already made the interaction feel unhelpful.

At one point, I laughed lightly to ease the tension, and she responded, “Wow, you’re so funny,” in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. I also had difficulty hearing her at times due to the call being on a landline, and when I tried to clarify what she was saying, I spoke louder. She then told me, “you’re being disrespectful,” and “you’re screaming at me,” even though I was just trying to hear and communicate clearly.

I believe customer service should remain respectful and patient, especially when someone is trying to assist a family member and resolve an issue.

I’m sure this insurance agent is great overall, as I’ve heard positive things, but this particular customer service experience was not handled well."
